Here is one of my households’ favorite recipes, chicken and chips (with a twist)
- You will marinate the chicken a few hours before frying Chop the garlic and ginger Mix all the ingredients in a bowl Add a little salad oil and mix properly into a paste Add the chicken and rub the marinade all over the chicken. Put in a zip lock bag or cover the container with cling film and store in the fridge Leave for at least 1 hour (For best results leave overnight) Remove the chicken for the marinade Pre heat the oil in a frying pan Dip the chicken until it turns golden brown.
- Potatoes I like to make the potatoes after the chicken so that they’re still hot during serving. I’m sure that you’ve chopped the potatoes into chips in a bowl, now here’s the little twist Crush the know chicken cubes and turmeric and rub it all over the potatoes Add some salt as well (note: it’s not good to eat raw salt) Deep fry in oil until crispy Serve and Enjoy.
